Bruce heats up the crowd on a beautiful summer night in Philly.
The Boss headlined the show in Philadelphia last week—two shows, in fact. After a sudden postponement last year, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band finally returned to our city for a double bill at Pierre’s Good Citizens Park, also known as Citizen’s Bank Park.
WMMR offered full concert coverage, starting early with an on-air special with Pierre Robert and Kevin Gunn, followed by live broadcasts with Jacky Bam Bam before each show, and remaining live on the air late into the night to get reaction from fans (or Spring Nuts, as some affectionately call themselves).
