The story behind the “Injustice Everywhere” posters in Metro Detroit

OAKLAND COUNTY, Michigan. – Local 4 spoke to the man who put up the “Injustice Everywhere” signs and the Oakland County judge the signs criticize. Here’s what we learned.

A very public campaign is currently being waged against longtime Oakland County Judge Martha Anderson. The billboards belong to Randy Oram.

The billboards read “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere” and direct people to the website michiganinjustice.com, which criticizes Judge Anderson.

Oram said he put up the billboards because he won a lawsuit against a major billboard company years ago. The billboard company’s legal team found a new witness.

Anderson, the judge in the case, said she found the witness credible. The billboard company got a new trial and this time it won.

Oram claims that Judge Anderson had a potential conflict with one of the law firms involved, raising questions about whether her husband had any ties to the mediations or negotiations with the law firm that won the retrial.

Anderson said she stands by her decision, is not aware of any conflict of interest and has nothing to hide.

The case will be sent to the Michigan Supreme Court.
