The Bell Tower Block Party, highlighted by the new Kickoff Club presented by Modelo and the Coca-Cola® Fan Zone, begins four hours before kickoff at every home game this fall and includes a host of festivities around Kenan Memorial Stadium on game day – including food trucks, games, The Ram Pen featuring Rameses, the football team’s traditional Bell Tower Walk and plenty of other entertainment.
The Tar Heels’ home game against UNC Charlotte begins on September 7th.
“At Carolina, we want to provide our fans with an outstanding game day experience and are always looking for ways to enhance our atmosphere,” said Carolina Athletic Director Bubba Cunningham. “Whether you bring your family, join friends or go to a UNC game alone, we want you to create great memories and the Bell Tower Block Party offers expanded options for pre-game entertainment and fun.”
Located right next to the Morehead-Patterson Bell Tower, the Kickoff Club presented by Modelo is the perfect place for fans to grab a drink and a bite to eat before heading to the stadium to cheer on the Tar Heels. Like the Tipoff Club introduced at basketball games in the 2023-24 season, admission to the Kickoff Club presented by Modelo is free, and food and beverages – including alcohol – are available for purchase.
Other new features around the Bell Tower include local food trucks, a large screen to watch the other games of the day, a DJ, yard games and The Ram Pen presented by the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.th For the Rameses Anniversary, you will have the opportunity to meet, pet, and take photos with our favorite Rameses at the Ram Pen from two hours before kickoff to one hour before kickoff. There will also be an opportunity to meet members of the Marching Tar Heels, the cheerleaders, Rameses, and RJ at the Ram Pen.
The Coca-Cola® Fan Zone in The Pit is a new location where fans can pick up giveaways, participate in kids’ activities like bounce houses and try out a golf simulator. The Coca-Cola® Fan Zone features a DJ, food trucks, sponsorships, autograph signings with Carolina teams and more.
Polk Place will continue to be the place to see the Marching Tar Heels before each game, as they will perform on the steps of Wilson Library one hour before kickoff.

Don’t forget the Bell Tower Walk, where fans can interact with the Carolina football team as the Tar Heels walk from South Road around the Bell Tower and into Kenan Stadium.
