Travelers flying to or from Hilo (ITO) or Kona (KOA) between August 24 and 25 can now rebook their flights without additional fees.

The airline allows passengers to rebook their flights free of charge as long as they maintain the same itinerary and cabin class.

All new travel arrangements must be completed by August 29. Travelers should note that changes outside of this period may not qualify for the exemption.

Tips for preparing for Hawaii as Hone approaches

If you prefer to cancel, you can keep the value of the ticket as credit for later use. The ticket is then valid for one year from the original purchase date.

There are no rebooking fees, but fare differences may occur when booking a new flight.

Customers who made their reservations through the Hawaiian Airlines website or customer service can call 1-800-367-5320 or use live chat for assistance.
