RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Reno is the newest location of the fast-growing iSMASH franchise that is booming across the country. iSMASH Reno opens Friday, August 23 at noon. The activity center offers kids and adults the chance to smash windshields, electronics, ceramics and more, compete in a variety of games in the digital axe throwing area and throw neon paint on the walls and canvases in the splatter paint room.
Co-owners Shivam and Preet Shah are excited to offer this new form of entertainment to the community and have a few recommendations.
“Do the windshield. Windshields are great to break,” said Preet Shah. “They’re really fun to break and they shatter really well, so it’s perfect.”
“All I’m saying is get ready and come,” said Shivah Shah. “You don’t have to prepare anything. Just live the experience and have fun.”
You can do all this just for fun, but also for other reasons.
“When you’re in an anger room, it’s not about us. It’s about why you’re here,” said Scott Laviano, process improvement manager. “Are you here because of something at work? Are you here because of something at school? Are you just here to have fun with your friends? We’ll write on a windshield. We’ll write Happy Birthday; we’ll write anything you want on the windshield that you’re going through. We do gender reveal events and we also do separation and divorce smashes.”
The best part is that they provide the protective gear for both the Smash Room and the Splatter Room and you don’t have to do any cleanup.
