Kansas City Chiefs heiress Ava Hunt has officially moved into her dorm at Southern Methodist University (SMU)—and completely transformed it into a stunning bedroom filled to the brim with cute decor, neon lights, and luxurious furniture.

College dorms are considered small, cramped and boring, but 18-year-old daughter Ava of billionaire and Chiefs owner Clark Hunt transformed her room into a pink oasis with opulent decorations and floral accents.

Her 53-year-old mother, former beauty queen Tavia Hunt, shared a glimpse of the luxurious dorm room on Instagram on Thursday.

She uploaded a series of photos of her daughter posing in her new home and left the teenager a heartwarming message as she heads off to college in Texas.

One photo shows the mother-daughter duo hugging in their dorm room, while another shows Ava standing alone next to the stylish decor.

Ava’s dorm room featured a silver and white dressing table with a pink armchair, a nightstand, and shelves.

On the dressing table there was a shiny lamp and a mirror with small light bulbs on the edge.

Ava also decorated her nightstand with a bouquet of pink roses and two lights for her and her roommate, also named Ava.

For the ladies there were also matching pink bedspreads with floral patterns and stools to make it easier for them to get up.

There were numerous chic paintings of the beach, mountains and a horse on the walls, and neon signs with the women’s first and middle names were above the beds.

“Today I left a piece of my heart at SMU. Ava Hunt, you have always been a mix of sunshine and hurricane – fierce, fearless, and capable of incredible things,” Tavia gushed in the caption.

“I’m so excited to see you, even though I’m holding back my tears for later. I wade through the emotions as I walk past your now too clean room.

“The house is too quiet without your laughter, and Chief and I already miss the familiar scent of your Sol de Janeiro body spray.”

The Clark family’s fortune is estimated at $24.8 billion. Forbes and bBeing in a relationship with a major sports mogul certainly has its advantages – and Ava shows them openly on the Internet.

Her feeds consist of posts that often show her vacationing in the best places in the world, where she stays in five-star resorts, flies in private jets, dines at some of the hottest restaurants, and attends high-profile sporting events like the Super Bowl, where she, of course, receives VIP treatment.

The teenager recently visited Iceland, Cape Cod, Aspen, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Jerusalem and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Thanks to her father, she also had the opportunity to hang out with pop superstar Taylor Swift, posting a picture with the “Cruel Summer” singer in December.

She was also seen hugging the singer – who is dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce – after his team’s Super Bowl victory in February.

Although Ava has followed in her mother’s footsteps and entered the world of beauty pageants – she competed in the Texas Outstanding Teen beauty pageant in 2021 – her greatest passion seems to be cheerleading.

In 2020, she took first place at the state cheerleading championships. And last year, she was elected her school’s cheerleading captain.

And she hopes to represent the Chiefs when she’s older. In 2021, she shared a snap of herself jumping in the air at the Chiefs cheerleading auditions and captioned it, “I actually didn’t audition for the Chiefs cheerleading squad… But maybe one day!”
