After receiving nearly two thousand submissions over the past two months,® is pleased to announce the top three photos from the 2024 Little League Photo Contest. In addition to recognition in the World of Little League® museum and on the scoreboard during Little League Baseball® The top three photos from the World Series will also advance directly to the Professional Baseball Photographer’s Association’s 2024 Photo Contest, to be held later this fall.
On June 6, the photo contest was launched, encouraging fans to showcase the many ways they celebrate the Little League program in their communities. From fun moments on and off the field to celebrations of inclusion, teamwork and integrity, the 2024 photo contest allowed communities to showcase the incredible smiles, exciting high-fives and magical moments that make the Little League experience so special.
Below are the top three photos selected based on input from a select group of professional photographers and content creators who covered the Little League World Series.
Ocean View Little League (Huntington Beach, California)
Having watched his older siblings play his entire life, this young Little Leaguer proudly stepped to the starting line, making sure to never lose sight of the ball.

Southwest Port Saint Lucie (Florida) Little League
Coaches play such an important role by acting as mentors to Little League players around the world and teaching them the importance of integrity in difficult situations on and off the field. This photo is a thank you to all the volunteers who donate their time each year.
In addition to this photo contest, Little League also hosted a #GWG50 photo contest earlier this year in coordination with the Girls with Game 50 Celebration. The #GWG50 Celebration is proudly supported by DICK’S Sporting Goods, a long-time Little League partner committed to giving girls and women opportunities in sports and will be active around key events and milestones this year.
