And so the debate about the security cameras in the locker room comes to the following conclusion:

Please read below for the latest update on our approach to ending theft in our men’s locker room.

We asked for your opinion and thank you for your quick response. While our approach is both legal and proven to detect and prevent theft, the bottom line is that it makes you feel uncomfortable. This is your club and your opinion is paramount. We will not have video surveillance of the sink area and walkway in the men’s locker room. We will still have security cameras at the entrance to the locker rooms, but nothing that records anything in the locker room itself.

The fact is that thefts are happening in the men’s locker room and we need your help. Please lock your belongings safely in a locker with a high-quality key lock (e.g. padlock). Also, report any suspicious activity immediately to the manager on duty.

In addition, we will strengthen our controls through regular patrols and the appointment of locker room supervisors.
