General admission tickets for the Rocky Mountain Showdown will be available soon.

General admission tickets for the Colorado Football vs. Colorado State game on September 14 will go on sale Monday, August 26 at 10 a.m. on CSURams.com.

The price for tickets in the South Hall is $75 per ticket. Tickets for the North Plaza are $100 per ticket.

CSU is not selling traditional individual tickets for the game. Select seats are available through season passes or mini-plan packages. All 10,000 student tickets have already been allocated.

Canvas Stadium has a seating capacity of 36,500 and a standing capacity of 41,000 (the full standing capacity has never been used). The largest crowd in the stadium’s history was 37,583 for the opening game against Oregon State in 2017.

High prices on the secondary market for Rocky Mountain Showdown

Tickets for the first Rocky Mountain Showdown in Fort Collins since 1996 are expected to fetch high prices on the secondary market.

A look at the options as of August 20:

  • SeatGeek: The cheapest ticket in the upper northeast corner costs $223. The most expensive seats cost over $900.
  • StubHub: The cheapest ticket costs 230 USD in the southwest corner. The most expensive costs 991 USD.
  • Ticketmaster: The cheapest ticket costs $238. The most expensive costs over $1,000.
