Alexis Bellino is So in love with her boyfriend John Jannsen, as we have seen in numerous social media posts since they started dating in November 2023. Bravoholics also saw Alexis discuss the details of their relationship in season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
“We tried to fight the feelings,” Alexis explained during the RHOC Season 18 premiere. “After the second week, John and I knew that was it… unfortunately, the heart wants what it wants and this is where we are.”
In the RHOC In the midseason trailer, which you can watch above, Alexis drops a big hint about the next chapter in her and John’s relationship, as the businessman also makes his first appearance this season.
While FaceTimeing with Heather Dubrow and Tamra Judge, Alexis jokingly announces, “We’re buying rings!” to which Heather and Tamra drop their mouths in shock. “What!” Tamra exclaims.
The trailer then cuts to John showing up at an event and giving Alexis a tender kiss while Emily Simpson is heard saying, “John Janssen just showed up!”

The RHOC In the midseason trailer, we hear, not for the first time, Alexis teasing the idea of her and John getting married.
During an interview on July 2 with The daily dishAlexis hinted that an engagement to John was “just around the corner.”
“Honestly, I think he’s trying to distract me,” she said. “I know it’s coming because we went ring shopping together. So it’s definitely coming. It could be tomorrow. It could be in six months. I honestly don’t know because he accuses me of a lot of little things.”
She added: “I think he’s just trying to confuse me. So, I don’t know… I mean, America will know when it happens. We’re not going to stay quiet about it.”

In addition to buying the ring, Alexis and John also happily exchanged sweet photos together while on vacation.
In July, Alexis shared a glimpse into her and John’s trip abroad to England, where she posed in front of the Old Bank Hotel in Oxford, UK after a shopping spree.
“The couples that are meant to be together are the ones that go through everything that’s meant to tear them apart and come out stronger,” Alexis wrote in the caption of her post, quoting a quote she posted on the second slide. She added the hashtags “keep trying,” “just wasting your time,” and “unstoppable.”
