Wants to compete against John Cena on his farewell tour

Drew McIntyre says he would drive management crazy if it took him to get a fight with John Cena.

John Cena will go on a farewell tour in 2025, which will end with his retirement from the ring. Of course, many WWE stars are lining up to compete against him. Now Drew McIntyre has added his name to the list.

Speaking of Masked men show At Fanatics Fest NYC, Drew McIntyre addressed John Cena’s farewell tour and made it clear that he wanted to face the 16-time world champion.

“Cena is coming back for his one-year comeback, which is going to be great,” said Drew McIntyre. “I don’t know if I’m in the plans, but I guarantee I’ll push and push them in every direction to make it happen, because I know ten times more about Punk and the things that happened when I was younger. It’s never been a one-on-one match.”

“If I have to drive management crazy, I’ll drive them crazy, I’ll drive John crazy. I’m going to win this fight and tear him to pieces on the microphone, which not many people can do, in the ring, and send him into a happy retirement, and hopefully Punk with him.”

Meanwhile, McIntyre will face CM Punk in a Strap Match at WWE Bash in Berlin.
