The City of Greenwood Village’s Curtis Center for the Arts invites you to stroll through the lush grass of Curtis Park while admiring the talented works of over 90 Colorado artists at the fifth annual Art on the Green, a two-day art fair showcasing the Centennial State’s finest artistic talent. The event takes place Saturday, September 14th and Sunday, September 15th, is free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Watch artist demonstrations and participate in a community art project while supporting local artists exhibiting works in a variety of media, from oil on canvas to handcrafted jewelry to photography. New this year, Art on the Green welcomes Greenwood Village-based InVINtions Winery and DownHill Brewing to serve a refreshing selection of beers and wines, alongside a variety of local food trucks. An inspiring lineup of local bands will entertain attendees both days, including performances by Queen City Rovers, Dizzy with a Dame, D City Junction and more. This year’s event is sponsored by Ting, which is partnering with the City of Greenwood Village to provide fiber optic internet to all homes and businesses in Greenwood Village. Representatives will be on hand to answer questions and provide more information on how to sign up for the service.
