Mikaella later revealed that her appearance at the bachelorette party was unintentional. “The irony of my girlfriend yelling at me to go home is that I WAS home!” she said Newsweek. “I happen to live on the boat and although I knew the bachelor party was that day, they were never scheduled to be on the boat. I was on my way home when I happened upon the bachelor party and was not given a particularly warm welcome by our friend.”
Despite the initial awkwardness, Mikaella assured viewers that the situation quickly turned around. “I stopped filming because I thought he might upset my neighbors, but after that I was welcomed onto the boat and we all ate pizza and went out sailing on the boat,” she added. “The video was actually filmed months ago, but I happened to watch it again and thought others might find it funny.
