Madonna’s 66th birthday was a family event.

The “Material Girl” singer shared a rare family photo with all six of her children on Monday, giving her fans a glimpse into her birthday celebrations in Italy.

She posted a series of heartwarming photos on Instagram, including one in which she is surrounded by Lourdes “Lola” Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 24, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 18, and twins Stella and Estere, 11.

Madonna looked elegant in a white lace dress with a black bustier underneath. She completed her outfit with a gold belt and chunky jewelry.

The “Vogue” singer’s four daughters also wore dresses, with Leon and the twins completing their outfits with headscarves.

Ritchie opted for a partially buttoned white shirt and black pants, while Banda opted for a striped polo shirt.

In another photo, Madonna is seen smiling while Banda gives her a warm hug from behind, and in a third, the seven-time Grammy winner poses between her twin daughters.

The “Like a Prayer” icon’s alleged boyfriend, Akeem Morris, was also present at the celebration and was photographed holding hands with the music star.

“La Dolce Vita…………….. 🎂🥂🇮🇹 ♥️,” she wrote in the caption.

The mother of six children celebrated her birthday party in the evening in a candle-lit amphitheater.
