Las Vegas Raiders DE Janarius Robinson from the locker room

HENDERSON, Nevada – The Las Vegas Raiders are beginning their fifth week of practice and preparing to host the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium on Friday for their final exhibition game of the season.

Silver and Black coach Antonio Pierce has announced that Gardner Minshew is the team’s starting quarterback and the team will move on.

None of the stars will play on Friday night.

DE Janarius Robinson took time in the locker room following the Raiders’ loss to the Cowboys to discuss his thoughts on the state of Raider Nation.

We have everything he said for you and you can watch it below:

Las Vegas Raiders coach Antonio Pierce recently gave a speech before practice. A partial transcript is below.

Q: After watching the film and sitting here two games later, can you talk to us about your thoughts on your offensive line? Obviously no Kolton Miller, but I’m just curious about your thoughts on the development of your offensive line.

Coach Pierce: “I thought the defense was pretty, pretty good last night. I mean, the quarterback was clean most of the time, I think we allowed a sack. I think what you see with (Thayer) Munford and DJ (Glaze) is two guys that really fight and compete. I really appreciate the two veterans we have here, (Andrus) Peat, (Cody) Whitehair, and Andre James was a real anchor and just a veteran presence for us. But kudos to James Cregg and Joe Philbin, they’ve done a great job of developing these guys. Sometimes it’s not always perfect, especially when you get these younger guys in here, man, but the mentality is there to finish, the effort, we’re getting better and better every week, and you see some of our younger guys developing.”
