Gwyneth Paltrow’s stepson has left the nest.

The Goop founder and her husband Brad Falchuk were photographed dropping Brody off at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut on Monday.

Paltrow, 51, cut a casual figure in an oversized white top, gray pants and lace-up boots as she unloaded cardboard boxes of incoming freshmen from a car.

Falchulk, on the other hand, combined a long-sleeved shirt with green cargo pants.

The 53-year-old television producer is the father of the teenager and his ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik and their 19-year-old daughter Isabella.

Paltrow, in turn, celebrated the birth of her daughter Apple (20) and her son Moses (18) with Chris Martin before the two divorced in 2014.

Later that year, the Oscar winner began dating Falchuk.

The couple confirmed their engagement in January 2018 and married in the Hamptons in September of the same year.

Paltrow admitted in several interviews that bringing their families together was “difficult” and “counterintuitive.”

“Nobody tells you how to do it. You just stick with it,” she told People in November 2023. “Now it’s one of the things that brings me the most joy in my life.”

By this time, the actress’ eldest child had reportedly already left home to attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville.

Her son will begin studying at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, this year after graduating from high school in May.

Paltrow and Falchuk have been together since 2014.
They married in 2018 and started their families again.

Paltrow spoke to the outlet last year about her future empty nest, describing herself and Falchuk as soon-to-be “free birds.”

The “Shakespeare in Love” star noted: “I’m trying to reinterpret it so that I can at least convince myself that there is a silver lining. An empty nest sounds so sad and lonely.”

“I believe that life, especially for women, is in chapters,” she continued at the time. “This will truly be a new chapter for me.”
