The Bookseller – Rights – Tor UK acquires Talia Hibbert’s Romantasy in a spirited auction with 15 auctioneers

Tor, an imprint of Pan Macmillan, has published Romantasy The Last thorn by Talia Hibbert in a “spirited” worldwide auction with 15 participants. The rights for Great Britain and the Commonwealth were acquired by publisher Bella Pagan from Courtney Miller –CallIhan on Handspun Literary Agency.

These were acquired as part of a joint World English acquisition with eEditor-in-Chief Vicki Lame (Saturday Books / St Martin’s Press Publishing Group, USA)WHO acquired North American Rights.

The last thorn Is Hibbert’s debut fantasy novel. Hibbert, a New York Times Bestselling author, is best known for her romance novels, including Get your life, Chloe Brownwhile her latest novel is used as a spicy magical Beauty and the Beast Retelling.
