Abu Dhabi, UAE and Zhejiang, China – August 19, 2024 – CMMZE Invest Limited (CMMZE) and Das Solar Co., Ltd. (Das Solar) announce the formation of a strategic consortium to develop, finance, build, operate and maintain renewable energy projects for the production of green hydrogen.
This groundbreaking partnership represents a significant step towards promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing the global carbon footprint.
The consortium, called “CMMZE-Das Solar”, will initially focus on green hydrogen production projects and plans to expand to other regions. The initiative includes the development of wind and solar plants to generate renewable electricity with a total installed capacity of up to 1 GW, including electricity storage systems, transmission lines and additional infrastructure. The electricity generated will be used to supply green hydrogen production facilities and related by-products for export.
