Despite his age, Robert De Niro does not let his inner daredevil run free.
The “Taxi Driver” actor is celebrating his 81st birthday today and his daughter Drena De Niro, 56, shared some photos of her father in honor of his big day.
The first showed him jumping off a yacht in red and blue striped swimming trunks.
The second was a short video clip showing his impact with the water.
“Happy 81st birthday my daddy and #1 keep up the good work… I love you with all my heart ♥️♥️♥️ #BobbyD forever,” she captioned the carousel of photos, adding a crown emoji.

In the other snaps, Drena shared pictures of her father with her late son Leandro at different times in his life.
Leandro was found dead by a friend on July 2, 2023, at the age of 19, sitting on a chair in his New York apartment.
His death was ruled an accident caused by a “toxic” combination of illegal drugs, including fentanyl, bromazolam, alprazolam, 7-aminoclonazepam, ketamine and cocaine.
De Niro’s youngest child, Gia, recently turned one year old. He has the toddler together with his girlfriend Tiffany Chen, 45.
The “Goodfellas” star spoke to AARP The Magazine about what it was like to become a father again at over 80.
“I’m an 80-year-old dad and it’s great,” he told the outlet in January.
“Everything that’s bothering me or worrying me or this and that just disappears when I look at (Gia). So that in itself is, you know, miraculous.”
De Niro intends to make Gia bilingual in English and Chinese, he revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone in December 2023.
“(She’s) half Chinese. I want to try to teach her Chinese and show her nursery rhymes in English and Chinese,” he told the outlet. “I’m trying to teach her both.”

And on Gia’s first birthday in March, the Oscar winner revealed that the little one loved eating cake.
“She’s just pure joy,” De Niro told ET.
“There’s nothing about her, there’s no judgement, there’s nothing, she just is what she is and it’s just pure joy, for heaven’s sake,” he gushed.
The acting legend is also father to six other children: Drena, 56, and Raphael De Niro, 47, whom he has with ex-wife Diahnne Abbott; twin sons Julian De Niro and Aaron De Niro, 28, whom he has with ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith; and Elliot De Niro, 16, and Helen Grace De Niro, 12, whom he has with ex-wife Grace Hightower.
