Shannon Beador accuses her ex-boyfriend John Janssen of wanting her RHOC co-stars to “cover up” their bodies and dress more conservatively.
Shannon Beador appeared in Scheana Shay’s “Scheananigans” podcast, in which the Real Housewives of Orange County Star spoke about her toxic relationship with ex-boyfriend John Janssen.
During the interview, the Bravo star made it clear that she is not holding back from her ex or his new girlfriend Alexis Bellino.
When asked if John was continuing with Alexis, Shannon admitted that she “surprised” that Alexis was the type of woman John would bond with because he always wanted her to be more conservative, but Alexis is the exact opposite.
“Just before we split up, I was in New York doing press work and he said, ‘You really should cut your hair so it’s more age appropriate. For example, if you have really long hair with extensions, it looks fake.'” explained Shannon. “Alexis and her hair are similar.”
Shannon also claimed that John had many questionable opinions about her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars.
“And then (John) said something like, ‘Why are these girls dressing so provocatively? They should really cover themselves up and be conservative.'” Shannon continued.
Not surprisingly, John responded to Shannon’s podcast comments in a statement to Page SiX
“Although Shannon occasionally asked me for feedback and my opinion on her own hairstyles and clothing options, I never commented on how the other women dressed or did their hair,” he said. “It’s sad to see Shannon resort to attacking Alexis’ beauty and looks.”
