If you’ve ever spent time with a pregnant woman, you probably know that they have intense food cravings… and that certain foods can literally make them sick.

And that brings us to today’s Reddit story!

Did this pregnant woman violate the rules when she commented to her co-worker about the smelly food he was eating?

Let’s see what’s going on here…

“I’m heavily pregnant right now. Still in the first trimester, but the symptoms are there.

I feel sick all day and can’t really eat anything warm.

I have been living on cold sandwiches and fruit because that is all my body can tolerate at the moment.

My sense of smell is also sharpened.

There is a problem…

So, my colleague loves tuna.

He eats anything with tuna, especially a Spanish brand with tomato paste. I liked it before I was pregnant, although the smell is quite… strong.

The problem is that he doesn’t keep the tuna refrigerated, he literally takes it out of his work bag, and especially in the summer he fills everything up.

It makes them sick.

Normally I notice it and I can deal with it, but lately I can’t stand that smell.

I puked a lot more than I wanted to admit.

Yesterday, after I came back from throwing up, I asked him if he could please eat something else.

I have a sore throat from vomiting every day and I just can’t take it anymore.

The guy turned red in the face and left the break room (he also left his tuna behind).

Oh-oh-oh…

Now people call me an ******* and tell me I have no right to tell others what to eat.

I tried to explain, but apparently HR is involved too.

“Is that ok?”

Let’s look at the reactions of Reddit users.

Does this smell make anyone else sick…?

But seriously: No fish in the break room!
