Sylveon gift code revealed ahead of 2024 Pokémon World Championships

Sylveon gift code revealed ahead of 2024 Pokémon World Championships

The 2024 Pokémon World Championships are taking place this weekend, and to celebrate, players of the Pokémon titles Scarlet and Violet can redeem a special Sylveon that matches the one worn by Tomoya Ogawa when he won the 2023 Pokémon World Championships.

Tomoya’s Sylveon has the ability “Pixilate” and the item “Choice Specs” – with the four attacks “Hyper Voice”, “Tera Blast”, “Hyper Beam” and “Sleep Talk”.

The redemption code is:

SLEEP TALK WORLD

Here is the distribution overview from the official Pokémon World Championships website:

“Tomoya Ogawa secured his victory in the Senior Division of last year’s World Championships in Yokohama, Japan, with the help of his trusty Sylveon—and now you can get it on your team! Keep an eye on the official Worlds 2024 stream to receive a password that you can use in the Mystery Gift feature of your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game to receive Tomoya Ogawa’s Sylveon.”

“This special Sylveon has the same moves and stats as Tomoya, so try it out on your own competitive team! You’ll even see that it has a special bond that, when sent into battle, grants it the title of ‘Sylveon, the Battle Champion.'”

“This password can only be used once per save data. It will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours of gameplay before you can access the Mystery Gift feature where you can enter the password. This password expires on August 19, 2024 at 4:59 PM PDT.
