Chrissy Teigen shares adorable photos of kids during the “last days of summer”

Chrissy Teigen’s family enjoys the last moments of summer.

On Thursday, August 15, the Cravings cookbook author and model, 38, took to Instagram to share a series of photos of all four children she has with her EGOT-winning husband John Legend as they enjoyed some final summer moments. In the first photo, Teigen’s daughter Esti, 19 months, wears a cute denim skirt and orange tank top and slides off the couch as her mom snaps her photo.

In another photo, Wren, 13 months, is seen sitting on a floral cat toy, and Esti is wearing tiny Dr. Martens and a bum bag around her neck. Miles, 6, was photographed lying in a ball pit, wearing a white jacket and smiling.

Most recently, Teigen’s daughter Luna, 8, was pictured holding hands and playing in the ball pit with her little brother Wren. “Last days of summer here,” Teigen wrote in her caption.

Earlier this summer, Teigen announced that her son Miles had been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, sharing the news in a lengthy statement on her Instagram.

“Many of you noticed something very special in a photo I posted a few days ago – Luna, Miles and I celebrating Simone and Team USA,” began the mother of four.

“Miles had his arm raised and soooo many of you said the most beautiful and incredible words to him that I have ever heard on this platform. You noticed his type 1 diabetes monitor and showed him so much love and encouragement in every way you could. I was and am already so overwhelmed by the kindness of this community.”

Teigen went on to say that “it could be a lot worse,” and her family is grateful to have the help of a specialist.

In the comments, she also said that her son had the opportunity to meet and talk to Nick Jonas, who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 18 years ago.

After sharing Miles’ news, Teigen’s comments were flooded with supportive messages from fans and friends, including one who wrote, “Both my brothers have T1, I love this book. ❤️ @nickjonas too, your son should meet cool people and see that he is not alone and can still accomplish anything. It’s scary but it will become second nature and you will rock it.”

Teigen responded to the commenter, “Nick was so nice to him!! We were so lucky to meet him ❤️.”
