Slitterhead, the next game from silent Hill Creator Keiichiro Toyama and the team at Bokeh Game Studio’s first game are just a few months away from release. Ahead of its November release, a new story trailer showcases the title’s monster-infested world and gives a taste of the horrors players will face on the streets of Kowlong.
Players take on the role of Hyoki, a mysterious being without physical form and memory, tasked with eliminating the terrifying Slitterheads taking over the city. During their explorations, they will also find helpful allies and organizations with questionable motives.

“Without a physical form, Hyoki’s ability can occupy and control human bodies at will, turning the people who wander through the city into his pawns,” the game’s description reads. “With this power, he can slip through barriers, assume the identity of certain people, and infiltrate dangerous areas and organizations. By quickly changing hosts, he can also traverse the city at high speeds.”
First announced at the Game Awards 2021, Slotted head has been at the top of many players’ wish lists for the past three years. Given the legacy of silent HillThe action-adventure horror title is sure to make an impression, as Bokeh Game Studio’s Sato Kazunobu has hinted that players will be forced to make “sacrifices,” some of which will be “pretty nasty.”

Slotted head will be released on November 8th for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
