Golden Bachelor Star Joan Vassos talks about the NSFW requests fans have sent her.
In an interview with Weekly entertainmentVassos shared that she receives direct messages with private body parts from viewers as well as requests from fans for foot pictures.
“(With direct messages), it’s just complete strangers messaging you. I wasn’t responding to that much. Or I was having little conversations and saying, ‘Thank you, that’s so flattering,’ or something. But none of that really seemed to work,” she said.
She said some of the direct messages she has received since appearing on the hit show have been “weird.”
“I got dick pics. And I got people with foot fetishes. They wanted me to send them pictures of my feet and would pay me for it. One person offered to buy all the shoes I was wearing Golden Bachelor. It was scary,” Vassos revealed.
But the strange requests didn’t end there, and eventually Vassos’ children intervened and began filtering the messages for their mother.
“My kids said, ‘Give me your phone, Mom. We’re blocking everything,'” she said.

Fans of the Bachelor series and its subsequent spin-offs, Vassos was first introduced when she appeared as one of the many women Golden Bachelor vie for the affection of Gerry Turner.
Vassos eventually decided to leave the show on her own initiative. She cited the birth of her daughter as the reason for her departure.
However, she is not yet finished with the Bachelor Universe as she has been chosen to lead the next spin-off series.
The Golden Bachelorette The premiere on ABC is scheduled for September 18th.
