China Airlines, in partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), is pleased to introduce the “Amazing Together!” initiative as part of its “Soar Over Asia” campaign. This initiative offers an attractive discount of up to 12% on flights from major North American airports to Thailand’s Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Chiang Mai International (CNX) airports, as well as an exciting prize draw to win round-trip tickets for two people.
Launched this year, China Airlines’ “Soar Over Asia” campaign focuses on introducing new routes and enabling seamless transfers across Asia in collaboration with several tourism associations. The collaboration with TAT is a strategic move to position Taiwan as the ultimate gateway to Asia, ensuring unmatched access to the continent’s numerous destinations.
Travelers from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) can now enjoy direct flights to Bangkok and Chiang Mai, providing seamless access to Asia’s cultural riches, scenic beauty and bustling city life. China Airlines is committed to providing exceptional service and comfort, cementing its status as Taiwan’s leading airline.
To further facilitate travel, the Thai government is now allowing visa-free visits of up to 60 days for citizens of 93 countries, including the US and Canada. These relaxations, which will take effect from August 15, 2024, are intended to attract more tourists to Thailand’s stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage. Travelers from airports such as LAX, ONT, SFO, JFK, YVR and SEA can enjoy significant discounts on their trips to Thailand.
In addition, the Amazing Together! campaign includes a competition where participants can win a trip to Thailand’s cultural centers. Winners can explore Bangkok’s historic sites such as the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, or discover Chiang Mai’s ancient temples and lively night markets.
The aim of this collaboration is to simplify travel arrangements and offer special deals to enhance the travel experience for all types of trips to Thailand – from family holidays and romantic getaways to group adventures – and provide a wealth of activities and attractions for all visitors.
