This experience was well-received due to the recent goal of creating Paddy Airlines. With Paddy Airlines, Air Partner developed an unforgettable charter experience. This event took place in June to mark England’s first match at the European Championships, also known as the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) European Football Championship. Paddy Power chartered a private jet to transport employees and other football fans from London Stansted International Airport (STN) in the UK to Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS) in Germany.

During the charter flight, Air Partner created an atmosphere that reflected the Paddy Power brand. For example, the flight was customized with distinctive and witty branding, including in-flight announcements that reflected Paddy Power’s humorous branding. Air Partner also provided a striking green color scheme throughout the flight, including green boarding passes, updated interiors and bespoke uniforms for the crew. This reflects Air Partner’s goals to create a completely customized experience for each customer or company chartering an aircraft.

About Air Partner

Air Partner has been a dominant force in the aviation industry for over 50 years. Tony Mack founded the UK-based company in 1961. It was originally set up as a training facility for military pilots who wanted to become civilian pilots and was called Airways Training. The company started out offering flight simulators and operating a fleet of Beagle Airedale light aircraft.

Eventually, the company began chartering aircraft and focused on air taxi operations. In the 1980s, it was renamed Air London and began to focus on aircraft brokerage as well. The company continued to grow throughout the late 1980s and 1990s, eventually becoming listed on the London Stock Exchange as AIP. The company continued its growth in the 2000s, opening offices around the world, including in Turkey, Austria, Italy, and several offices in the United States. Air Partner was officially acquired by Wheels Up in 2022 and operates as a subsidiary of the New York-based company.

Currently, Air Partner offers group charters, private jet charters, cargo flights and other specialty services. These include tour operating, air rescue, aircraft sales, aircraft leasing and various flight operations. Charter flights dominate the company’s offering and represent its largest source of revenue. The company has access to over 7,000 aircraft in its network, but also operates a fleet that includes Gulfstream G550s and Cessna Citation Latitudes.
