NFL fans have been complaining for years about the rating of their favorite player in the Madden NFL video game series.
But Madden NFL 25 has given fans of Arizona Cardinals’ Marvin Harrison Jr. a new target: an actual representation of the wide receiver himself.
Ahead of the Madden 25 video game’s release on Friday, early images have surfaced on social media (those who pre-order the Deluxe and MVP Bundle editions can already play), and the newcomer’s photos have drawn a lot of criticism due to the wide receiver’s portrayal in them.
Harrison Jr. is tied with Los Angeles Chargers offensive lineman Joe Alt for the highest rookie rating at 79 overall, but social media has been critical of the former Ohio State star’s performance in the game, with one site writing, “They treated Marvin Harrison Jr. DIRTY.”
People find that the images of Harrison Jr. in the game do not look like the real Harrison Jr.
