In the Emmerdale spoilers, the village gathers to celebrate Ella Forster’s 30th birthday, but she is traumatized when Gary – the nephew of the girl she once killed – crashes the party, full of rage and determined to make Ella suffer.

Emmerdale Spoilers: Happy Birthday, Ella
Ella is shocked when Mandy wishes her a happy birthday, as she learns it is her 30th birthday. However, she is nervous when Mandy offers her a full beauty treatment, complete with before and after snaps.
Later, Ella is horrified to see photos of herself on the salon’s social media account. Liam watches as an angry Ella smashes her birthday cake and walks towards the footbridge.
Concerned, he approaches Ella and offers to accompany her to the surprise birthday party. Ella is grateful for his support and does her best to enjoy the festivities.
As she begins to relax, she is touched when Liam gives her a small star pendant.
Will it be a nice birthday for Ella after all?
Gary spoils the party
The mood is soon ruined, however, when June’s nephew Gary shows up and aggressively confronts Ella. When he gives her a picture of Joanne, Ella’s life implodes and she runs out in pieces.
When Ella flees, Gary gives chase. Wendy intervenes when Ella falls to the ground – and chases away Gary, who is filled with grief and anger.
Afterwards, Wendy tries to comfort Ella in the waiting room. But she is stunned when Ella suddenly loses her mind and attacks her. But what is really going on? Why has Ella completely lost her mind? And how badly will Wendy be injured?
