After Lindsay Lohan has already produced and starred in several Netflix films, she is now officially celebrating her big comeback in the cinema with the newly announced A crazy Friday Consequence.

Every comeback requires a remarkable wardrobe and a series of incredible style moments, and Lindsay Lohan gave the world her first of many this week. At the Disney Legends Awards in California, where the highly anticipated sequel to Freak Friday called Crazy FridayLohan stunned in a mint green dress as a taste of what to expect when she officially begins promoting the film. The actress was styled by Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn – the duo behind all of Jennifer Lopez’s winning looks – who paired the breezy Jil Sander dress with silver accessories, including a sparkling Tyler Ellis clutch.
With method dressing all the rage right now, it’s safe to assume Lohan could join Zendaya and Blake Lively in taking inspiration from her character, who is portrayed as a grown woman. A statement from the Walt Disney Company describes the sequel as a “generational twist,” with the story picking up years after the body swap between Jamie Lee Curtis’ Tess and Lohan’s Anna, who now has a daughter of her own and soon-to-be stepdaughter. Will this development mean the character trades in her pop-rock style for more sensible mom outfits? Only the film’s release in 2025 will tell.
Lohan’s recent public appearance suggests that it won’t be too difficult for the 38-year-old star to follow in her character’s footsteps, as she too has come a long way in the 20 years since the film’s release. After moving to Dubai to live a quieter life without the paparazzi, Lohan married Kuwaiti financier Bader Shammas, with whom she had her first child, a son named Luai, born in July 2023.
