Billy Joel celebrates his doppelgänger daughter Della’s 9th birthday on Instagram

The Piano Man is also a family man!

Billy Joel, 75, shared new photos of his daughter Della Rose on what would have been her 9th birthday on Monday, August 12, and told her how much she means to him in a sweet Instagram post.

“Happy 9th birthday Della Rose. Seeing you grow and shine leaves us all in awe. We love you 🩷,” the five-time Grammy winner captioned the photos of Della hanging out with baby goats and horses.

The “Tell Her About It” singer’s followers were quick to point out in the comments that Della is the spitting image of her famous father.

“Oh my god she looks just like you,” one fan replied, while another echoed the resemblance claims with, “She’s your double!”

Della is Joel’s middle child of three daughters. He has 6-year-old Della and Remy Anne with his wife Alexis Roderick. He also has adult daughter Alexa Ray, 38, with his ex-wife Christie Brinkley.

Joel’s followers also raved about Della’s stage presence. Della occasionally joins her father on stage, most recently on August 9 in Cardiff, Wales, and on July 25 in New York City for the final show of his record-breaking residency at Madison Square Garden.

She has been on stage with him since she was at least three years old.

At the New York show, Della and Remy accompanied their father on stage as he sang “My Life,” with Della singing along at times at the microphone.

“I think it is her Live now. Thanks, girls!” Joel told the star-studded crowd, which included former President Bill Clinton, Jimmy Fallon and Paul Rudd.
