Plot

The story revolves around three best friends: Odette, Henry and Clarice Baker and Barbara Jean Maxberry. They always stand together when they face difficulties. However, their friendship is put to the test when they encounter a new challenge. Will they once again be able to overcome it together?

The film is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Edward Kelsey Moore. It was directed by Tina Mabry and cinematographed by Sean McElwee. Cee Marcellus co-wrote the screenplay with Tina Mabry. Marty Bowen produced the film with Isaac Klausner and Wyck Godfrey under Temple Hill Entertainment. Kathryn Bostic composed the music and Searlight Pictures distributed the film.
