Real Housewives of New Jersey star Rachel Fuda is pregnant!

The 33-year-old reality TV star said she was expecting a child with her husband John, in the special episode “Off The Rails” of the 14th season of the Bravo show, which aired on Sunday, August 11th.

Rachel made the surprising announcement during a toast with the rest of her RHONJ Co-Stars, after Melissa Gorga began: “There is still a lot to experience…”

Rachel interrupted 45-year-old Gorga to share her happy news, saying, “Considering I’m pregnant!”

Rachel and John already have three children together: son Jaiden, 17, and daughters Gianella, 4, and Giuliana, 2. Rachel legally adopted Jaiden, while Gianella and Giuliana were both born through IVF. The baby on the way was also conceived through IVF.

In season 13, Rachel opened up on-screen about her fertility journey. She talked to John about wanting to undergo IVF again to expand their family with the five viable embryos they have left.

“The clock is ticking,” she told him at the time. “I think four children is a good number. Now it’s time. It’s a process that will take about a year. I want to see it through and be done.”

The Bravo personality has managed to not only survive the IVF phase, but also juggle motherhood with her filming commitments for the reality show.

In 2022, she gave birth to her daughter Giuliana, just seven weeks before filming for the series’ 13th season began.

“It was hard. You don’t feel like yourself,” Rachel told exclusively We weekly at the time. “You feel uncomfortable. Your body doesn’t really belong to you yet. It was definitely hard. It was mentally very exhausting, but I think I handled it really well.”

The entrepreneur added that she was fortunate to have “an incredible support system” as she was able to rely on her family to help her cope with filming.

“I am so grateful for this,” Rachel enthused Us“I couldn’t have done all this without my parents, my husband, my brother and my sister-in-law.”

It’s been a difficult road to parenthood for many celebrity parents, including Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. Rachel also became friends with RHONJ producer Maggie Langtry about their shared experiences with the strenuous process of IVF.

Many of Rachel’s confessions to Langtry detailed her struggles with fertility, and the producer was able to relate to the stories as she herself went through a similar journey.

“I hadn’t told a lot of my family and friends that I was going through IVF, and I just vomited words all over you,” Langrty told Rachel in an episode of the show that aired in June.

In response RHONJ Star told Lantry how meaningful the shared experience was to her.

“That means everything to me,” Rachel replied. “That you felt comfortable enough to come to me. And that’s what connected us immediately. Because I feel like when that honesty and that conversation happens, it’s like we’re friends now. We’re IVF buddies.”
