A new construction project, Retreat at Morse, will have units for sale in Noblesville this fall.
Developed by Apollo Developers, Retreat at Morse was approved by the Noblesville Plan Commission and Noblesville Common Council in late 2022 and is now in the final stages of construction.
According to Denise Aschleman, chief planner for the city of Noblesville, the development will consist of 47 duplexes with a total of 94 individual units.
According to builder Beazer Homes, there will be four different floor plans, including a two-bedroom, two-bath option and three different three-bedroom, two-bath floor plans. Prices start at around $300,000.
Situated on about 27.5 acres on the north side of 196th Street and Hague Road, Retreat at Morse is close to downtown Noblesville, Forest Park and the Aquatic Center, and several green spaces. Aschleman said private amenities include walking trails throughout the neighborhood and a pickleball court.
Aschleman said once developers have tested the public water and completed the entrance to the neighborhood, the lots would be offered for sale.
