If you made it to San Diego Comic-Con 2024 (SDCC 2024) or Disney’s D23 Fan Expo, you had the chance to preview some of Marvel Studios/Marvel Television’s exciting series and movies. Of course, you were on social media earlier this month and also had the chance to watch some previews — about 10 minutes long. That’s when a special video came out celebrating Marvel for being a major player in the entertainment business for 85 years — a pretty impressive feat no matter how you look at it. But it didn’t take long for people to realize it wasn’t supposed to be released yet, as EW ran an exclusive earlier today. But now it’s officially available to the public and waiting for you above (and here) — and that includes the long-awaited Dominique Thorne-with Marvel’s Iron Heart And Charlie Cox And Vincent D’Onofrio-with Daredevil: Reborn – both are scheduled to appear on Disney+ screens in 2025.

Marvel: Ironheart scheduled for 2025; D23 footage includes The Hood and more

It’s been a long road to get here, but Disney’s D23 Fan Expo brought some great news for MCU fans who have been waiting for the premiere of Ironheart. Initially, it was confirmed that the series will hit streaming screens next year – but no date has been given yet. But EP Ryan CooglerMandrel, Anthony Ramosand other members of the cast did not come to D23 empty-handed, as those present were shown new footage (but not released). After a recap of Riri Williams’ (Thorne) role in Black Panther: Wakanda Foreverwe see that academic life at MIT and her commitment to her next project don’t mesh well. After being kicked out, Williams looks for a new source of funding for this “something undeniable” she envisions. That leads her to Ramos’ Parker Robbins, aka The Hood – and so begins the growing battle between Robbins’ dark arts and Williams’ science (Robbins: “Everyone who’s ever achieved anything in life had to do some questionable things to get there”). But if you’re wondering, relax, because there was more than enough supersuit action.
