EXPERIENCED shoppers have found a cheap copy of a popular and expensive Halloween bestseller from Pottery Barn on Amazon.

One of the scariest things about Halloween is the rising prices of decorations.

Pottery Barn is notorious for its high-priced seasonal items. From the $80 spider prop to the $149 ghost, fans are drawn in by the looks but sometimes put off by the price.

Fortunately, shoppers have found imitations of expensive items that can add a festive touch to your home for less money.

Customers went crazy for Pottery Barn’s Halloween knit throw blanket, which features a classic orange and black design with pumpkins, bats and bones.

But for those who aren’t willing to pay $99 for a blanket, there’s a similar version on Amazon.

The SeaRoomy Halloween Knit Throw Blanket features jack-o-lanterns and bats with black stars and is slightly larger than the Pottery Barn blanket.

The Pottery Barn blanket is made of acrylic fabric on one side and polyester on the other, while the Amazon blanket is 100% polyester.

Normally it costs $39, but it is on sale for just $35.

Amazon customers rated the blanket 4.7 out of five stars.

Reviews praised how soft and cozy the blanket was, and many customers ordered several.

Bargain hunters also found a copy of Pottery Barn’s spooky and chic giant spiders.

The spider is made of woven plastic and glows with an eerie shine.

Thanks to the built-in light timer, homeowners can set the lights and then forget about them until after Halloween.

Thanks to Dollar Tree, shoppers can cover their homes with creepy crawlies for just $1.25 instead of $89.

Halloween Dupes

There are several Halloween imitations that you can use to celebrate even on a small budget.

The retailer’s plastic spider features a unique design on its back that casts an eerie shadow.

However, it is not pre-lit like the Pottery Barn version.

Dollar Tree customers can purchase lights in any color they like and insert them into the spider, which can then be mounted on the wall or placed on a table.

The store’s website warned customers that the decorations were difficult to find in stores because they were always sold out.

Dollar Tree shoppers also found a $30 cheaper copy of Pottery Barn’s Halloween tableware.
