Elton-John‘s new documentary will be screening at several film festivals this fall, but you can watch it at home in December.
Elton John: Never too late will be released on Disney+ on December 13th. The film takes a look at Elton’s extraordinary 50-year career through the lens of the preparations for his final North American tour date at Dodger Stadium in LA. The film will also feature a new, original song by Elton. There is no Word on whether this song will be included on the new album that Elton and Bernie Taupin have said that they are completed.
If you prefer to see Elton on the big screen, the documentary will also be shown in limited cinemas in the US and UK starting November 15. And if you want to see the actual concert that Elton is preparing for, you can Elton John Live: Farewell to Dodger Stadium now on Disney+. Elton became an EGOT winner in January 2024 when he won an Emmy for this special.
As previously reported, Never too late will have its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival in September, followed by screenings at the New York Film Festival and the BFI London Film Festival.
