Alexia Umansky channels Kyle Richards with her latest home makeover

Since moving out of her mother Kyle Richards’ Encino home earlier this year, Alexia Umansky has been spicing up the house with her personal style. Lately, however, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Daughter revealed that she has followed her mother’s example in making changes at home, and Kyle was just proud.

“I’m suffering from a bad case of Kyle Richards-itis,” Alexia joked in an August 25 Instagram Story that showed her picking out various fall decor items, adopting her mom’s unique shopping and Christmas decorating habits.

“Like mother, like daughter,” Kyle hilariously admitted in her repost of Alexia’s stories.

In the photos, we saw that Alexia had collected various pieces for the fall season, including several pumpkins in different styles and pumpkin-shaped decorative objects. We also spotted fall-colored leaves and plants, a mummy figurine, and an adorable witch that Alexia noted in the corner of her story, all of which came from Home Goods.

We can’t wait to see what the decorations look like in their new home!

Speaking of Alexia’s new home (which she shares with boyfriend Jake Zingerman), the real estate agent recently unveiled her cozy and stylish backyard space.

In early August, Alexia showed off the space when she shared photos on her Instagram stories while hosting a “family dinner” at her home.

In a video from the event, we saw her outfit the backyard patio area with a cream-colored sectional sofa peppered with decorative pillows in various colors and patterns. Alexia also added a wooden coffee table to the mix and decorated the space with various houseplants, a disco ball, and a small tabletop fire pit.

The outdoor living area was also decorated with fairy lights hanging above the couch, creating the perfect relaxed atmosphere for entertaining or relaxing.

Although Alexia maintains close contact with her mother and various family members, she couldn’t be happier living alone with her boyfriend Jake.

During a Q&A session on Instagram in July, Alexia admitted that while it was difficult for her to move out of her parents’ house, she is happy where she is.

“I am so happy in my new home,” she wrote in her Instagram story. “And I return to my home base almost weekly.”
