New mother Vanessa Hudgens wishes her husband Cole Tucker a happy birthday: “My piece of heaven”

The actress was seen leaving a Los Angeles hospital with her newborn, the same day her husband turned 28

Vanessa Hudgens has a lot of reason to celebrate.

On Wednesday, July 3, the 35-year-old actress shared a sweet post for her husband Cole Tucker as he celebrated his 28th birthday — and just hours later, the couple officially became parents when they were seen leaving the hospital with their newborn.

“Happy birthday my slice of heaven @cotuck 🥳,” Hudgens wrote in an Instagram post while sharing a carousel of sweet photos with the baseball player she married in December. “You make the world a better place by just being you ♥️🤟🏽.”

Among the photos were two sweet shots of the actress during her pregnancy, including one from their visit to the Sphere and a photo of them kissing on the field after Tucker made his pitching debut for the Los Angeles Angels last month.

Hours after Hudgens’ post, she was seen leaving a Santa Monica hospital with Tucker by her side, according to photos obtained by TMZ.

The High School Musical The former student revealed her pregnancy in style when she showed off her baby bump on the red carpet at the Oscars in March, just three months after she and Tucker married.

She has kept things largely private during her pregnancy, but said E! News In May, she announced that she wanted to show her children “all (her) work.”

“That’s why I’ve chosen things throughout my career,” she said of her resume. “I wanted to make sure there was something for my children to see at every age.”

During her pregnancy, the actress also juggled her various professional commitments, including completing filming Bad Boys: Ride or Die.

Will Smith revealed that Hudgens’ baby bump was a challenge at times when production restarted after the strike, he said Entertainment tonight“It was really about figuring out how to shoot around (the belly).”

Smith, 55, a father of three, called her a “hard worker.” When the stunts proved challenging, he always reminded his co-star, “You’ll always be able to tell your child that they were in that scene with you.”
