In the run-up to autumn, Netflix has announced the long-awaited premiere date for It’s what’s insidethe sensational horror thriller that, as we first reported, was bought for around $17 million at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
The film is a successful first feature for writer-director Greg Jardin and will be released worldwide on the streamer on October 4. Netflix also unveiled a new set of first-look stills, which you can find above and below.
A tantalizingly twisted story that sounds reminiscent of Halina Reijn’s 2022 A24 horror comedy body body body, It’s what’s inside observes a group of friends gather for a pre-wedding party that descends into an existential nightmare when an estranged friend shows up with a mysterious game that awakens long-hidden secrets, desires, and resentments.
