According to a Miami-Dade Police arrest report obtained by ABC affiliate WPLG, Hernandez-Garnier was on his way from Miami International Airport to Las Vegas with his partner at the time of his arrest.

The police report states that Hernandez-Garnier had a bloody bandage around his head.

It seems that he was suffering from the effects of a hair transplant.

He was reportedly asked by flight crew to wipe off the blood and change his bandages.

However, Hernandez-Garnier claimed that he did not have any other bandages with him.

Due to concerns about his health, he was asked several times to leave the plane.

Staff were reportedly concerned about possible contamination with bodily fluids.

However, Hernandez-Garnier and his partner Yusleydis Blanca Loyola refused to leave the plane.

“If they couldn’t fly, no one else could either,” he said, according to the police report.

Police were called and reported that the couple again refused to leave.

Police said the couple had been warned that they would be arrested for trespassing if they did not move.

“After briefly resisting being handcuffed, they were subsequently arrested,” the police report states.

Loyola posted a video of the incident on TikTok.

After their arrest, the couple was initially taken to a medical facility to examine Hernandez-Garnier’s bleeding.

They were then taken to the Turner Guildford Knight Correctional Center.

A mug shot of Hernandez-Garnier showed blood seeping from his forehead.

The police report did not provide any information about what caused the bleeding.

However, the police mug shot suggests that this is a recent hair transplant.

The couple is facing charges of trespassing despite a warning and resisting an officer without the use of violence.

According to police, all other passengers were forced to leave the flight due to the couple’s arrest, which caused the flight to be delayed.

“During boarding of American Airlines flight 1858 on August 19, operating from Miami (MIA) to Las Vegas (LAS), two passengers engaged in disruptive behavior and disregarded crew instructions,” American Airlines told The US Sun.

“The police responded and removed both passengers from the plane.”

The airline said the flight took off on Tuesday morning after an overnight delay.

After their arrest, the couple was first taken to a medical center and then to a correctional center in Miami.
