BBN Airlines Indonesia receives Australian Air Operator Certificate for overseas air traffic

BBN Airlines Indonesia, an Indonesia-based airline specializing in ACMI leasing, charter flights and air cargo services, is pleased to announce that it has received regulatory approval to operate in Australian airspace through the issuance of a Foreign Air Transport Air Operators Certificate (FATAOC) by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) of Australia. With the new FATAOC, BBN Airlines Indonesia can now commence its commercial operations in Australia and further expand its capabilities in the Australian and Asian markets.

“I am very pleased with the FATAOC registration by Australia’s CASA, which will enable us to further expand our capacity in the region,” said Martynas Grigas, Chairman of BBN Airlines Indonesia. “This FATAOC registration significantly expands our capacity in the Asia Pacific region.”

The expanded operational portfolio will further strengthen BBN Airlines Indonesia’s ability to provide interconnectivity in the Asian market and the company plans to continue its operations in the region with increasing capacities.

“The launch of these new flight operations demonstrates BBN Airlines Indonesia’s commitment to working closely with regulators and complying with aviation laws and regulations in all flight operations,” said Grigas. “With the FATAOC approval now secured, BBN Airlines Indonesia is officially certified to meet international safety standards. The airline continues to strive to improve the quality of its services while placing the highest priority on customer satisfaction.”
