Madonna‘s 66th birthday was a family celebration. The pop icon shared a rare photo with all six of her children on Monday (August 19, 2024), giving fans a glimpse into her birthday celebrations in Italy.
She posted a series of heartwarming pictures on Instagram, including one that showed the singer surrounded by Lourdes “Lola” Leon27, Rocco Ritchie24, David Banda18, Merciful James18, and twins Stella And Esters11.
Madonna looked glamorous in a white lace dress with a black bustier underneath. She accessorized with a gold belt around her waist and chunky jewelry. Her four daughters also wore dresses, and Leon and the twins completed their outfits with headscarves.
Ritchie wore a partially unbuttoned white shirt with black pants, while Banda wore a striped polo shirt. Another photo showed Madonna smiling while Banda hugged her from behind, and a third showed the seven-time Grammy winner posing between her twin daughters.
The singer’s alleged boyfriend, Akeem Morrisattended the celebration and was seen holding hands with the music star.
“La Dolce Vita…………….. 🎂🥂🇮🇹 ♥️,” she wrote in the caption.
People magazine reported that Madonna and her children arrived in Pompeii on Friday with about 30 guests to celebrate her birthday on August 16. The party took place in the evening in a candle-lit amphitheater.
During her stay in Italy, Madonna also celebrated her son Rocco‘s birthday, which fell on August 11. It is rare to see Madonna with all six children together; their last public appearance as a group was on Mother’s Day in May 2023.
Madonna welcomed Lourdes in 1996 with her ex-boyfriend Carlos Leonand Rocco in 2000 with ex-husband Guy RitchieShe and Guy adopted David in 2005. Madonna later adopted Mercy and twins Stella and Estere as a single mother in 2009 and 2012 respectively.
