Mom Sonam Kapoor is excited about her and Anand Ahuja’s little son Vayu’s second birthday. Sonam and her family came together in Mumbai on Monday to celebrate Vayu’s birthday. Alongside a video of Vayu running with his back to the camera, Sonam wrote on Instagram: “My baby turns two today!!! Happy 2nd birthday to our sweet, precious Vayu! Being your mother is the greatest gift I could ever receive. You have filled our lives with so much joy, laughter and wonder.”

Sonam continued in her caption, “Every day with you is an adventure filled with boundless curiosity, infectious laughter and sweet, loving nature. You have brought so much light and happiness into our world and made every moment more beautiful and every relationship stronger.”
The actress added that Vayu has brought “pure, unfiltered joy” to her entire family, writing, “You have deepened the love between your Dadaa and me in ways we could have never imagined and you have brought pure, unfiltered joy to everyone who loves you – your Nani and Nana, your Dadi and Baba, your Kaaa Masa, your Masi and your Chachu (grandparents, uncles and aunties). Your sweet spirit and playful energy make our family complete and we are so lucky to have you in our lives.”
Sonam concluded her birthday greetings by saying, “Vayu, you are our sunshine, our music, our little genius and our endless source of joy. We love you more than words can express and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful things you continue to bring into our lives.”
