Scrappy thanks Bambi for the warm gift and the praise of his parents

Lil Scrappy and Bambi have had their fair share of ups and downs over the past few months, but lately the two parents seem to be getting along better than ever. Today, Scrappy even took to social media to thank his ex for the sweet surprise. In a clip, he shows off a bouquet of flowers that was delivered to his home earlier this week by the mother of three of his children.

“In my life of living selflessly for my family and children, you never really hear or receive gifts for being a good person, husband or father,” he wrote. “But yesterday, out of the blue, I found these flowers on my porch and saw a familiar name on them. I asked the person what was wrong and they said, ‘I appreciate you being a present parent in your children’s lives and thank you for always being there when they have to work or do anything else.'”

Scrappy continued, tagging Bambi and thanking her for recognizing his efforts and calling her an “amazing mother.” The heartfelt exchange came shortly after the duo sparked rumors of a reunion, which they later ended, and drew criticism from Scrappy’s mother, Momma Dee. She has been particularly critical of him this month for being polite to his ex, insulting his intelligence and calling her a “witch.”

“Because he forgets very quickly,” she said. “You better stop. Yes, he did. She’s trying to talk to you here, yes, she is. Yes, she is. No, no, no, this one is dumber than the average young man. This one is even dumber. Because I know some men who wouldn’t even bear to talk to her after what she did to him.
