United Way announces two new vice presidents

United Way announces two new vice presidents

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN – In 2021, Haley Adams was named the new Director of Marketing and Communications for the United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties. Now, the United Way of South Central Tennessee (UWSCTN) has announced that Adams has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Both have been permanent members of the UWSCTN team since fall 2021.

Also promoted is Ella Weaver, who has also been part of the United Way since 2021. Weaver is now president of Collective Impact.

In her new role as Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Adams will oversee all aspects of print and digital marketing, brand management and strategic communications. Her work will support the company’s recent regional expansion and strengthen its outreach efforts.

As Vice President of Collective Impact, Weaver will lead efforts to address complex social challenges through collaborative strategies. She will leverage organizational strengths and resources to advance high-impact initiatives within the United Way and the communities it serves.

Kristen Swann, President and CEO of UWSCTN, expressed her excitement, saying, “I am thrilled to announce the promotions of Ella Weaver and Haley Adams. Their dedication and contributions have been invaluable to our organization and they are both committed to making a positive difference in our community.”
