Seattle-based Alaska Airlines has just released a new offer for one-way flights from dozens of cities in the United States. Find deals starting at $69 (or less) or 4,500 Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan miles. You must Book your flight by Monday, August 12but the travel window is quite accommodating – most flights are available from August 13 to December 18, 2024, although some flights have blackout dates.
However, there are no rebooking fees for Main Class and First Class flights, but certain Restrictions applyThe airline may set blackout dates and travel from some cities may be restricted to certain days.

If you book at an Alaska Airlines airport branch or through one of their reservation call centers, you’ll pay an additional $15 per person on top of the advertised fare. Additionally, Saver Fares have a 24-hour cancellation policy or a 50% credit if you cancel at least 14 days before departure.
Alaska’s Mileage Plan
Alaska’s Mileage Plan program was voted the best airline credit card miles program by Kiplinger readers in a 2024 survey. It partners with 28 airlines and flies to more than 900 destinations. You earn miles through numerous airline, rental car and hotel partnerships, and you earn miles by distance flown rather than dollars spent. Note, however, that the airline sets blackout dates for award travel and seats, and availability on award flights is limited.

If you are a fan of Alaska Airlines, you can earn free Companion Fare and 50,000 bonus miles (approximately $550 value) after you spend $3,000 on qualifying purchases within 90 days of opening an Alaska Airlines Visa® Card. Plus, Bank of America customers also get a nice little bonus: they earn a 10% rewards bonus on all miles earned on card purchases.
For the $95 annual fee, you’ll earn three points for every dollar you spend on Alaska Airlines travel, two points on gas, cable TV, streaming and local transit, and one point on all other purchases. Miles don’t expire on active accounts. You can also earn and redeem miles at various Alaska Airlines retail and travel partners.
Other travel benefits include one free checked bag (plus one free checked bag for up to six guests on the same reservation), preferred seating and an annual companion rate. In addition, with oneworld® Alliance member airlines and Alaska’s global partnersyou can fly to over 1,000 destinations worldwide, including American Airlines and others.
