HDB BTO’s Teban Breeze Jurong East flats from June 2024 will provide more housing options for residents of Singapore’s west side in the Jurong Lake District (JLD), Singapore’s second Central Business District (CBD).

Although these upcoming Teban Breeze Jurong East HDB BTO flats (June 2024) seem quite remote, they will soon be connected via the upcoming Jurong Region Line (JRL).

  • From the launch of the BTO in June 2024, the HDB Staggered Downpayment Scheme will be expanded to make it easier for young couples to finance their new home.

  • Starting this year, the annual BTO launches will be reduced from four to three – namely in February, June and October.

  • HDB plans to launch fewer BTO flats in 2024, about 19,600 units compared to the 22,780 units to be launched in 2023.

  • As outlined in the 2023 National Day Rally address, the launch of HDB BTO in June 2024 will mark the completion of the categorisation of residential developments into mature and non-mature categories.

  • From the second half of 2024, newly launched BTO apartments will then be classified into Standard, Plus and Prime categories.

The Teban Breeze Jurong East HDB BTO project in June 2024 offers convenient transport links. JRL’s Pandan Reservoir MRT station is just a three-minute walk away. This station is connected to Jurong East MRT station, two stops away, and provides access to the East West Line (EWL) and North South Line (NSL).

The project will comprise about 1,070 apartments, ranging from 2-bedroom flexi to 5-bedroom apartments, suitable for households of different sizes. Families will benefit from the nearby schools, including Pandan Primary School, Fuhua Primary School and Commonwealth Secondary School. They will also be close to tertiary institutions such as Nanyang Technological University.
