The world was thrilled when Justin and Hailey Bieber announced the birth of their baby boy Jack on Saturday. But did you catch the moment the newborn’s birthday was revealed?
The couple’s close friend, model and actress Adwoa Aboah, announced the birth of her own beautiful baby just days after the news of baby Bieber, revealing that her little daughter was born just one day after little Jack.
She wrote: “Our stunning daughter was born via emergency c-section on August 23rd at 11:22pm. Our hearts literally exploded into a million pieces. Shy Trinity Afua Wheatley :,) what the (swear word).”
Hailey, also a new mom, was one of the first to comment on the beautiful news, writing: “Baby Shy!!!!” alongside a series of heart-eyes emojis. Adwoa replied: “@haileybieber a day apart (broken heart emojis),” suggesting that baby Jack’s birthday is August 22.
InstagramProud dad Justin shared the first photo of baby Jack on August 24, two days after his birth. The sweet image showed just the sole of one of Jack’s tiny feet with Hailey’s immaculately manicured nails in the frame as she held her newborn.
Next to the picture she wrote: “WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER (bear emoji).”
Unlike many celebrity couples, Justin and Hailey chose a more subtle name for their first child. But did you know that this name has great family significance?
InstagramJack is the middle name of Justin’s father, Jeremy Bieber. Additionally, baby Jack’s initials, JB, follow family tradition, as two of Justin’s siblings, Jaxon and Jazmyn, have the same monogram.
When asked if the couple plans to continue to expand their family, Justin previously told Ellen DeGeneres: “I’m going to have as many kids as Hailey is willing to put out.”
“I would like to have a small tribe. But yeah, it’s her body and whatever she wants to do. … I think she wants to have a few.”
Hailey hasn’t posted any photos of her little boy on her own social media yet, but whether she chooses to keep her new arrival private or document his first few years, we hope she’s enjoying life in her baby bubble!
