Mahira Khan posted an adorable post for her husband Salim Karim on his birthday. Mahira Khan shared an emotional picture in which she can be seen hugging Salim Karim tightly against the backdrop of a lit up house. Sharing the picture, Mahira wrote, “Happy birthday my love. PS: Please wish us a little dua (wish). Would be lovely.” Fans showered the post with love. One fan wrote, “May Allah keep you both happy forever!!” Another fan wrote, “Stay blessed M. Earlier, Mahira Khan was asked in an interview about the traits in her husband that she hates, loves and tolerates. When asked about Salim Karim’s traits in an interview with Mashion, Mahira said, “Do I really have to answer that question? I hate that he is not expressive. I tolerate that he is not expressive. No, sometimes I want the music to be off, but he wants the music to be on all the time. It’s like he wants the music on as soon as he wakes up. I love listening to birds chirping… I love that he tolerates that I like to have breakfast alone.”

Mahira Khan married businessman Salim Karim last year. She shared pictures from her wedding and pre-wedding festivities on social media. On her big day, the Humsafar star wore a pastel lehenga with a veil. She completed her look with matching diamond jewellery. Salim complemented the bride with a black sherwani and a blue turban. Mahira shared her first wedding picture and wrote in the caption, “Bismillah”. Mahira Khan was previously married to Ali Askari. However, they separated in 2015. Mahira and Ali have a 13-year-old son, Azlan. Mahira will be seen in the Netflix series Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo with Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed. The series is an official adaptation of Farhat Ishtiaq’s 2013 best-selling Urdu novel. Mahira starred opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Rahul Dholakia’s Raees.
